Greg Nash
President & Founder
Greg Nash is the President of Bonds Southeast. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University and The Nashville School of Law and devotes his full attention to the surety industry. He is a Founding Member of Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel (TACC) and serves as the Director at Large for the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP). Greg enjoys the outdoors, golf and playing guitar.
Phil Condra
Senior-Vice President
Phil is the the Senior Vice-President and has been with Bonds Southeast since 2000. He graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. His sole focus is providing unparalleled service to his clients as well as staying up to date with the ever-changing surety industry.
Before joining Bonds Southeast, Phil worked in the banking industry for over 10 years.
When he isn’t working for his clients, Phil enjoys golfing, relaxing on the lake, and being with his friends and family.
Graham Nash
Director of Business Development
Graham joined the Bonds Southeast team in 2023 as the Director of Business Development where he manages client relationships and explores new opportunities for growth. Additionally, he is a surety producer who holds a property & casualty insurance license.
Prior to Bonds Southeast, Graham worked in merger & acquisition advisory, business valuation, and accounting. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a concentration in accounting and finance. Outside the office, Graham enjoys golfing, playing the guitar, and spending time with his friends and family.
Kelly Berry
Office Manager
Kelly joined Bonds Southeast in 2005 as the Office Manager. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville State Community College with a focus on architecture. She has been in the surety industry since 1997 with 8 years of home office experience in contract and commercial surety underwriting with one of the top surety writers in the United States.
